Edward here from 101ChristianNetworks – previously known around the world as Fusion101 by most Christians. Sadly it just came to my attention that there have been many spoof/copied or ‘scrapped’ pages put up on the web claiming to be our Fusion 101 login and register pages for Fusion101. This type of this is nothing new to 101 as we regularly get our sites ‘copied’ or content scrapped and every few years I find someone has tried to copy the site front-end and or put up pages that link to questionable sites in order to illegitimately gain traffic – there really is nothing new under the sun!

It’s no security issue (except to affect 101’s good name) but makes finding our pages harder on web searches

While none of  this poses any threat to our members – it DOES make finding the Fusion 101 login pages and Fusion 101 sign-in, register, join and sign up pages very hard to find online as our legitimate pages are being pushed down the Internet search engine search results. And there we were wondering why people were not logging in as much at the moment. Well now we know it is this among other things we are working on mitigating.
